Buying need changes to my landing page

    need some changes to my current landing page http://singapore-painter.com/
    as ad words keep rejecting it.need someone to remove the orange "call.....now" rectangle using photo shop.

    after that input tabs just below the header linking each tab to a different page in the site like http://www.doubleyourdating.com/
