Need Changes Made to CSS Template

    I have a CSS template on my site and I want some changes made. There is no PHP so it should hopefully be easy for a designer.

    The site is bulk alexa dot com (remove the spaces).

    Please let me know the cost to do following-

    1. Fix the Adsense on the right side. It shows in FF3, but is cut off in IE7. I also want it centered in that column.

    2. Make the right and left sides (the white space) a different color. I want it to be D0D0D0, unless you have a better idea.

    3. Add some color. I am not a designer, but I know it needs some help.

    4. Redo menu on top. I want the menu to stand out more. Also, the titles are in the GIFs. I want the titles to be test in html so that it can be easily edited. Also change the menu style a little so it doesn't blend in.

    You would find a programmer could handle this much easier :)
