Our agency provides PPC/SEM services and we are looking to compliment those with a better call and email tracking program. Currently we are working with a company that only does call tracking, but they are not able to push that data to our database so we can provide the customer with up to date stats. What we are looking for is a company/service/etc. that provides at least call tracking (email tracking added plus) and be able to push this data to us so we can update our customer statistics once a day with that info. Right now we only have about 5 people that we use the service for, but looking to expand as the time goes on, but we are not looking to sign a year contract for a minimum of 100 customers. We need to use the service and add on more customers. Recording the call is not necessary, we just need to do basic call and email tracking. Please PM me with questions.
