I hope i have come to the right place i have gotten into ecommerce i just went thru a whole 2hour seminar about it and the drop shipping method. But is ecommerce worth it like would i actually get somthing out of it if i put in the work an effort. Or is ecommerce like those people that go around with catalogs trying to sell stuff they are most likely to not sell. I dont come here in a negative way i just want some insight because ecommerce sounds very interesting. I was looking at different web packages cause im also trying to start up a youtube channel for game reviews and commentaries. Which has nothing to do with this topic but i put it in here because what i want to say is maybe i might need a nice webpackage that serves for multiple sites at a time so i can have more than one site. The only problem with that is i would want to have forums on one of my websites.
If you carry a unique product, it could be very profitable. However, you need to be able to build a lot of traffic, do amazing SEO, and have a descent budget to get started. If it is a company that has thousands or millions of sellers, it will be much harder to make a good profit. Either way, it takes time, hard work, and money to get the business going. Definitely not a get rich quick business.
Well from what i know you take cheap products from aliexpress and you put them on your store for a bigger price for example you can take a women bracelet at 1$ and you can sell it for 20$ and you keep the profit
Since you want to create video reviews on Youtube about games maybe you have a passion for games? If you do you might think about creating a website that markets games and related accessories. Your best marketing activities will revolve around products that you actually believe in. When you review a game you can make that game available on your site (or not) and place a link in your video description box to your website. To make this viable your reviews must be brutally honest. If a particular game doesn't function as promised don't make it available on your site - remember, brutally honest. It will take time as allout said. But as long as your reviews give people the knowledge they need to decide whether or not a game is for them they will come to trust your content. And if you do it right you'll build a valuable and loyal following.
What made you decide to get into this? Sorry, I'm just very curious about how it all works and what the benefits are. Thank you!
You can use free information sources such as Shopify tutorials, Youtube videos, and I also used Importify's FAQ page and e-book. I found the Niche Prerequisites article very useful when I started my store. It's in the Importify resource page, it contains answers to FAQs, videos, and tips for starting a successful Shopify dropshipping business.
