How come people can link to squidoo and blogger blogs then? So if I bought a domain name and cloaked my hop link with it, then ezinearticles would accept it?
"How come people can link to squidoo and blogger blogs then?" I am not sure about that...I might be wrong, ask JoseArmando, he knows about Ezinearticles. "So if I bought a domain name and cloaked my hop link with it, then ezinearticles would accept it?" Yes.
Having a look on ezinearticles, I think it's only hoplinks/affiliate links that you aren't allowed to link to. I've seen many articles linking to subdirectories and subdomains aswell.
Hi bl4ckmaN^! The Ezine Articles Editorial-Guidelines says (in Section F) "We allow a maximum of 3 "Self-Serving" Links/URLs, active or inactive, in your article. A "Self Serving" Link/URL is a link/URL to a website that you own, control or have an interest in." Throughout the guideline they say over and over - please put links in your Resource Box - but you can see from the above that they do allow links in the body of the article. bl4ckmaN^ - You might want to read the guidelines again to refresh your memory as there are some tiny points that could get your article rejected. Like not using the same active link twice in the article. I don't know about you but if I don't review things like this about every other month or so I forget a lot of it. Writing articles takes so long (for me at least ) and is just plain work sometimes that I'll be danged if I'm going to let them flush my stuff down the toilet cuz I forgot a rule. Here's to you having all your articles spread all over the Web bl4ckmaN^!! Good Luck to you!
Thanks for help I haven't looked at their Guidelines for long time, so it's probably good time now to have a look
