Well, im from Argentina, many times i hosted my sites in argentinian hosting, also sometimes in brazilian hosting. I deffinitly recomend you to go with USA based hosting. I dont want to say that argentinian or Brazilian hostings are bad, cause they are not bad, moreover they have outstanding uptime better than most europeans, but old techonlogy and slow speed are the main problems. Also youll be paying for a dedi or a vps the same or even more money than EEUU or EU.
Guys thanks. I am looking for a Brazilian VPS though. Please stop questioning me as to why I am choosing to do this. I just came here for advice on a good VPS.
