Need bloggers and forum posters please!

I'm looking for someone to blog about 'volunteering' or 'community service' type issues on a site I'm relaunching soon.

I will be hiring a couple of bloggers for a few weeks to build up some initial content.

I also would like some forum posters to start off some discussion on the boards that will be on the site.

What's the price you will pay per 100 words for blogposts and per post/thread on forum ?

 

It seems like I usually end up paying around $1-$3 for American writers per 100 word blogposts (because they are more like articles than forum posts).

I think 10-15 cents is probably pretty fair for forum posts but i'm open to offers from people.
