Need Blogger custom domain help.

    I'm just finished moving my Wordpress blog over to blogger, and setting up my custom domain for the blog.

    When I type in the domain without the www in front, it goes to the website as it should.

    However, when I type in the domain with the www, it gives me an address not found error.

    I even have the check box marked in Blogger setting where it says to redirect www to without www.

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    Sounds like a DNS issue, have you put in an entry for www in your DNS pointing to your domain?

    Without the DNS entry the Blogger checkbox is useless as the visitor needs to arrive at Blogger for it to redirect to the non-WWW version.

    Some providers do it by default others you have to specify it yourself.

    Go to Blogger >Settings >Publishing>Advanced settings . Then there should be a check box like this Redirect yourdoamin.com to www.yourdomain.com . Check it and wait for 24 hours ..Check out my article on Blogger custom domain if you want any further help .
