Need Blog Installed and customized , Also need flash banners

    I need a new blog installed and customized as the free theme would need some changes not programming or something like that. Also would need flash banners created banners, if you cannot do banners no issues, we would get somebody else to do it. I just need some body who is expert in customizing and installing a blog.

    i am familiar with installing wordpress and customizing it. i could do the install and customize but not the flash banner though. let me know if this works
