There are a lot of health blogs out there that you can post comments into just play with your search footprints

Great pics ryan_uk.Well i too think search for your self because anybody else list may not be as good as for him.And after penguin update don't put comments on any post.

 

Useless since many blogs nowadays moderating blog comments. I've seen that they get ages to approve any comment.

 

This is not good news at all - so what do we substitute it with?

 

Don't try spam comment ,your site will lost rank on google
