Need Blog Comment writer, PR3+ do follow comments

Hi,

I am buying blog comments for quite a few clients. Order will be upwards of 200 comments total. Looking for someone who has access to a quality network of blogs on which to place comments.

I am looking for pages with pagerank 3+ and if you can find relevant sites that would be preferred. I only pay for approved comments, not "submitted".

Wow, talk about a tall order. Finding pr3 inner pages for comments is a pretty hard task these days.
