    I tried some most are paying eCPM based.
    Need CTR based like adsense.

    There is no such thing as eCPM Based. eCPM is just the way that platforms compare your earnings averaged out per 1,000 impressions. Its either CPM Based, or Performance Based. eCPM is just a way of judging performance. eCPM's are still used for Clicks / CTRs.

    Take the example: 0.10 CPC you do 1,000 impressions get 50 clicks. You earn $5.00. You did 1,000 impressions so your earning per thousand or eCPM is $5.00 now if you get another 1,000 earnings with out a click your eCPM would then be $2.50 because 2,000 impressions $5.00 revenue.
