    I don't think submission sites really work because previously I have used them and they never delivered. The reason why I think they do not work is because there a tons of people who actually use them. I would recommend manual submission to all search engines. If you have a domain on GoDaddy.com, there is a feature where you can purchase a Search Engine Optimization feature, where it allows you to submit your url to many different search engines even some I bet you have never heard of. I don't think you should pay for something that really is free, but if you are really desperate do it. At least you will know that it is legit.
