Great list. I've had good luck getting free releases published on prlog.com. They tend to rank fairly high as well.

Good list, we have also had decent luck with prlog and inewswire

 

@BigDream, I would imagine PR work just like article.

If you submit the same/identical article to ten article directories:
- it will not count against you when you submit to many directories, BUT
- your page rank will only benefit from one directory/page - the one with the highest PR
- the links that you build, however, still count as links from all the other directories to which you have submitted.

At least, this is how we understand it.
