Im looking to do a project, but i need the best of the best graphic artist company in India, I'm not looking for a single guy that can use photoshop or do a nice logo im looking for quality in a complicated flash assignment The flash will be interactive, via phone and viral capable. anyone know of a company?
Does it have to be from India (are you mainly looking to outsource) or are you willing to consider other website design / graphics design companies?
