Need best image gallery plugin for wordpress

There are many gallery plugins in Wordpress but none of them are matches with my requirement.

Please help me to find one.

1) It should use existing wordpress gallery tag only, not new like [sp-gallery] or [gxgallery]

2) It should have slideshow play, next, previous button

3) Clicking on image, it should open in thickbox.

Let me know if you know any plugin which matches with this info.
