Need Basic Template Design - Easy $40 Paypal!

    Hello all!

    I'm in need of a Basic template, something simple yet not minimalistic. What I would like as far as design is something is a medium sized header area, a navigation on the right side, content in the mid section kind of setup like a blog, and an ads/related links sections on the left. This design must be multi niche compatible meaning I should be able to use it for several websites. As far as the color scheme goes I'd prefer a cool blue theme but im open to anything. If I see some excellent work the winner may receive additional work. To enter the contest please provide a screen shot of the completed work. I look forward to seeing some of your designs. Contest is open for 48 hours or until i fall in love with a design. Will throw in some extra if the psd is coded for me.

    Just to review the specifics:

    Type: Basic Layout, Simple but not Minimalistic
    Design: Medium Header area, Right side Navigation, Ads/Related Link Area on Left, Think bloggy
    Colors: Cool Blue preferred, Open to anything.
    Contest Length: 48 Hours or Until I Fall in love with a design
    Payment Method: Paypal

    I'm digging your design, My favorite so far.


    The actual layout of the items is good, but a little to boxy.

    Thanks for all of your submission's, I've reviewed them all and as of now the two I'm deciding between are skystudio's submission and the player's. cgoly01 i do like the grey design you have there but would like something more blue in color.

    Skystudio: Why does your preview have a scroll bar ? Is it an already available wordpress theme ?

    I can let you know from a designers stand point, skystudio didn't do anything really. That design screems Artisteer 2. If you hold out for a bit I'm sure I can design you something that you will love.
