Buying Need Basic PHP/HTML Form Completed

    I have a Checkout page that needs to be completed. The process of adding an item to the cart and checking out with paypal is complete. I want to add a "Shipping Address" form to this page so that when the user enters their shipping info it will email me as they are on their way to pay using paypal. I pretty much need to make the button "Checkout Using PayPal" have two functions:

    1) Process the order and pay using paypal - This is already working
    2) Send the user's Shipping Information that they just filled out to my email - The form is in place, just needs to be "hooked up"

    I need this completed ASAP. If this is something you feel like you can take on please let me know the timeframe and cost to complete this task. The site is setup on a test domain: www.twicce.com

    FYI - You click the quantity to continue to the cart. Or go to twicce.com/cart.html
