Yes u can accept unlimited payments although u can only accept 5 debit card/credit card payments a year. Major advantages are only for those who mostly get payments through cc cause when u upgrade u can accept unlimited cc payments. Upgrade wouldn't cost u anything, but after u upgrade paypal will charge 3.4% for all transactions.
