Need Banner + Header $$$$

Hi there, im now working on my great PPC website

so im in need of a header plus a banner

Banner :
Standard format (468x60)
Text Color -> Black To a Lighted Orange but not to much, a nice orange to get a nice contrast

Text : DnHype - Best Paying PPC Program

Backgroup -> Would be nice to have some money logo on any great font color that will fit with the text color to get a nice result (up to you)

Using Web 2.0 (Reflec etc ..) at least 2 web 2.0 effect.

Header :

Format : 840x125
Text : DnHype Best Paid Per Click Program !

Text Color -> 'Dn' in Black 'Hype' In Oragne and the rest at your choice !
Use again some web 2.0 effect please.
Background -> Money logo, any that look kool and great.

Im exepting some good work.
Will pay 5 - 10$ depending the quality.
