Need banner 300x250 (looking for designers)

    Hello.

    Guys, I will launch Google adword campaign within a few hours. I'm looking for a really good designer to create 300x250 image banner. Please, send me Pm with your previous work. Price we can deal via skype or other messenger . I really need a very good image banner.

    P.S. Payment after completion.Do not ask me for pre-payment. More than 3 times programmers and designers I have paid have disappeared so, I have very bad experience with it.

    "Payment after completion" it is very rare man.
    designers would think that it is easy to be cheated. I hv already received those kind of order, and I got cheated. my client took my draft concept design and gave them to designer at fever[dot]com. so my concept only $ 5 worth from the original price for $35.
    I have not received money and my concept go away. it suck man. hahahaha;). for the future maybe you can contact me at http://www.maxminisite.com/order.html

    You didn't read my previous post, I lost 150$ as advance payment last month :) Few months ago, I lost 75$. Maybe money for you is something easy to find but people work for it. I have all positive feedbacks till now with fast payments for ALL JOBS ;) Both parties when they have agreement will be satisfied once the work is done. The designer never gives his original work, they usually give protected images. So i am not a stolen images reseller. I am a serious person and dealing with me is not a problem =)

    After payment designer should give atleast half original work and before payment he can give watermarked images. I follow this procedure.

    As usual all designers give watermarked images before payment, after payment they deliver the work done taking into account all comments and corrections from the client.
