Need Bank Account + VCC To verify PayPal

Hello,

I have quite a lot of money inside a PayPal account. It is an unverified PayPal account and when I went to send some money, I get limited. No matter how much amount I try to send.

So now they are asking for me to add a bank account and a credit card.

I am looking to buy a VCC and Bank Account to verify AUSTRALIAN PayPal account.

Also please note, I will not be able to pay until my account is unlimited.
I don't know how I can prove to you but I will pay.
Willing to pay around $30 - $40 for a package of both.

I need this ASAP as in RIGHT NOW!!!

Ok, instead of a bank account and everything I will only need a VCC so I can verify a completely new account.
But I still will not be able to pay until I have the account verified etc.

BTW: why can't you pay first? have you reached your sending limit with your PayPal account???

 

No, I can't pay first as my money is locked because my account is limited. So I need to add the card and a bank account first to get it restored before I can send money out.
