Need Backup Software or Service any recommendations?

I've got a couple linux servers that I need to solidify my backup plan on (had two HDs blow up on me in the last week!).

Can anyone recommend a reliable software backup program, or better yet, a company that will house backups (perhaps via rsync?)

    Thanks!

You can use the inbuilt cPanel backup software to FTP your backup accounts to another server :)

I usually backup mine by FTP every day, but they're pretty small so it doesn't take much time
