Good adult links can be very hard to come up with. I can sympathize. It's actually much more difficult then just doing a Google search, which will waste a lot of time. I think if you want relevant links you should try and be more specific about what you looking for. Text links? Banner Links? Link Exchange? And what kind of adult niche? Lingerie? Adult DVDs? Hardcore? Videos? Amateur? The adult market is huge. I've got a few sites in different niches and if you'd like to deal on some links then PM with some specifics and budget.
I would check to see where your top competitors get their links. This should give you some ideas or some specific places to get links.
You may have to purchase links, I purchased 50 links for a site that was completely unrelated to adult websites and my links were placed on adult websites, this made me angry
There is adult and then there is adult. Is this hard core? Is it adult toys? There are too many to give a specific answer in my opinion but getting high pr links in most areas seems to be getting harder as many are going to buying or renting links.
