I'm running a site that is PR4 and loan related.

I need a site that are also loan related, business, financial, financial services, shopping, credit that could trade links to us i need PR1 and above site all of my page are already cache by Google.

 

Jut search on google search and you will find many belonging to your subject or area.

 

Find sites similar to yours that are ranking well and study their back links.
Then see if you can get links from the same places.

Umm I can't help you because I don't know any loan sites that would want to exchange links but you could try contacting them directly.

 

try linkrefferaldotcom , as you can contact site owners directly of that niche

 

You can find relevant sites for your site theme then send link request.

 

Search on directory, i think u find more with short time.
