Need automated websites?

I have a news aggregator script I wrote for a website a while back. I've just revamped it and set it up on a home improvement site I had sitting around. If anyone is interested in buying the home improvement site or getting one like it built in the same or another niche let me know.

About the scripts
I've been programming for 10 years but I'm not a NASA level programmer. I write scripts with the goal to make them work, not to make them pretty or use the most complex coding methods to prove I'm the best coder out there. I'm far from being the best coder out there; but my scripts do what they are built to do.

These scripts will auto update your site from XML sources. Data will be extracted from the source files and saved to a database. You'll need PHP and MYSQL (php 4 | mysql 3.23) The contact form, disclaimer and privacy policy will be included. There is an admin panel (nothing fancy). You get to setup your contact email, adsense ID and a few other options. You also get to manage your feed sources. There's a form for you to add new feed sources and a form for you to edit or disable feed sources as needed.

Hi John, thanks for your inquiry. I don't have the script packaged to sell though. That would mean taking on some headaches I'm really not interested in. Been there done that as they say.

What I'm offering is to setup an automated site for anyone wanting to build automated sites. The payment is for my services in setting up the site not for the script. I will be licensing the script free of charge for use on specific sites to customers who pay me to setup the specific sites for them.
