Buying [Need] Assistant with excellent communication and management skills

Hello,


I need to hire an assistant to handle a few management issues (checking the other workers for example and taking responsability for them) and as well acting as a sales manager and a media buyer when necesarry. Experience is welcome, but not necessary as I will teach you everything you need to do.

Requirements:
- must have at least some understanding or experience in internet marketing
- must have excellent english skills
- must be very motivated to work

any other skills are welcome!
