    I need someone who can help me doing the jobs I don't have the time to do.

    You should be able to:

    Submit articles
    Set up free blogs (blogger, wordpress, tumblr, etc) and submit posts to them
    Set up profile links
    Social bookmarking

    and other similar tasks.
