Buying Need Assistance converting HTML pages to WordPress Pages (text and photos)

    I have an all HTML website, contains roughly 120 pages with photos (I think around 430 photos).

    Need to have each page created as a WordPress page, formatted as close as possible to the original, with the images inserted and attached to the page, and validate to xhtml standards.

    If you could give me a price and time frame to complete.
