Need ASP coding help

I had a web page designed for me, and have it as an HTML page. The designer was supposed to do the programming as well to make it work within the site, but fell through.

The existing web page on the site has different images pulling in from a feed and some other things. All the programming is done in ASP I'm told. I have never worked in ASP, and I need someone to help with this.

I basically need this HTML site to be coded exactly like the existing page on the website so that everything still functions the same with the new look.
