One person offering me to buy the blog on Blogger . com
With PR#5 and 1500+ Backlinks in Google.

The blog doesnt have any POST .

can any one suggest me how much i should i pay him for that blog ?

You could use it for a different topic, but the advantage that you might have gained from your predecessor's hard work, if any, will go.

I have no idea about his previous earnings and profits.

I believe I said $150+ meaning it can go higher. The lowest you can probably get it for is $150.
