    I have lyrics site. It is very strong PR5 site with 150K G Indexed.
    Textlinks selling about $22.5($45 from text link ads)(so far 4 sold) and bad day $1, good day $10 per day from adsense.

    biggest part is 42000+ DP Coop weight. Potential to 50K coop maybe.

    site gets around 300-500 unique per day.

    how much willing to pay for this site?
