First of all, Icann is not a generic name. Secondly, I don't see the point of registering English names in Pakistani extension. Some of them are reg-fee. Maybe Hack.pk can be turned into a portal about hack and security, bike.pk and company.pk may worth something but rest is regfee imho.
You do have few nice 4-lettered names, but as talvehtia said, there is really no point in registering English names in Pakistani extension.
excellent names i can say but .pk is restricted tld so u may face problem in selling to more users as its limited target. not seen any .pk sales reports so far so i can guess $xxx range
