What do you guys think 4DebtFreeLiving.com is worth? It's been registered for 8 years and relates to a profitable niche. I just purchased it on the aftermarket and I'm trying to figure out if it's worth the time to build a site with unique content, or if I should just put an auto blog up and flip it.
