Please help with appraisal for prpredict.com. Purchase it to develop a page rank prediction tool and haven't had time to build. Domain age : 2 years 2 months old PageRank : 2, PR 2/10 Plan to sell it on Digitalpoint forums... asking $400... just want to know if it's worth more?
lol, thumbnailspro said in the above post that they didn't have time to build it... so apparently they know it doesn't work ^_^ however, for the appraisal... I'd ask $750 for it undeveloped... however, why don't you keep it and develop it? Thats a nice domain!

Below are a few of the recent stats... was offline for a few weeks... when it was online the stats below and keywords were without doing any seo work and it was just returning the current page rank!
Keep it and build it! You'll get soo much more, but at the moment I reckon its worth around $500 atm tho...
Looking at the stats over the past few months, I'd say 60-70% of the traffic is direct, People just typing it in their browser.
