Hello, I am running this website for over a year now. It has gained PR3 and has considerate traffic. It also earns few $ a month but it has a great potential to grow. I have couple other sites that I maintain and don't get time to spend on this site. I want to sell this site but don't know how much its worth. Well, just based on design and domain it's probably not worth much. It's a blog with an average design and layout, nothing real special about that..there's thousands of them just like it. The biggest determiner of value for you will be How Much Money It Makes right now. Unfortunately people don't buy blogs based on potential (unless they are something spectacular), they buy based on performance. So without an accurate number of how much it makes, I would say if someone is looking for a gadget blog, and given that there are thousands of gadget blogs out there, many for sale, you'd be lucky to get $50 for it.
Well, I disagree. I did a quick scan and site seems to be doing pretty ok. Don't take something less than $90.

only the potential buyer can say the real value, also it seems that there is a spelling mistake in this domain name. i think the right price for your domain to be in the range $50 to $90.
Knowing how much it makes is a big determiner in figuring out value, otherwise we are just shooting in the dark here.
If you really made $xx every month from this one. Then your website should be worth Low $xxx to high $xxx
