    as for appraisal i think no more then mid-low XX

    Well, $100, right? Oh, wait, that is only if someone buys it. Hmmm.

    The 3k part should be good. And, the 1 could maybe be worked to mean something. But, the .org kind of kills it.
    To the right End user, it could have value!

    Anyhoo, estibot gives it a $80... and, regardless of accuracy, I think estibot is still worth a gander as it takes many factors into account.

    My informal appraisal: $xx but you might have to find a Buyer. Good luck!
