    Photo Editing - Yawn, what on earth could there be to do that hasn't already been done.
    Games - that's good but without a storyboard of your game concept nobody is going to be able to give you a quote.
    Whatever you think is reasonable... double or triple it.

    Personally, I'd think that the thread is ambigous at best, and it should probably be clarified if it's a BST or not. If it is, it should be moved or deleted (which should be done for more threads in the Programming-section *stares at mods*)
