Need Aom Help !

I am usiing Associate-O-Matic for my store and i am getting some problem with the link can anyone please help me..

For example:

My store homepage is www.mydomain.com/shop.php << I don't like this and want to convert it to simple www.mydomain.com

There are a number of ways to do that.

1. using .htaccess file
2. renaming and modifying the shop.php file

I use the second method - renaming and modifying the shop.php:

1. Open up the shop.php file in a text editor (do not use notepad, though. I use notepad++).
2. In the third line, there's an entry like - $codelock_file="shop.php"; modify the "shop.php" to "index.php"
3. Save the file
4. Rename the file to index.php

That's it. Hope this helps.
