It is possible, after all, this is SEO. Thanks to such a solution you can strengthen the strength of a sub-pages, as well as your homepage. Increasing PR of 3 to 6 for the page is, however, quite difficult. You can try, but do not use only strong links. Such page must have a lot of quality content.

Pagerank is passed through follow links, so you need to be looking to obtain high PR links to your sites. It should be noted that a pagerank jump of say PR1-PR2 is quite small, whereas a pagerank jump of PR4-PR5 is much larger, and more difficult to obtain.

Page Rank gets passed via doFollow links from other pages that also have PR. Sculpting PR is actually very easy...note that doesn't necessary translate into rankings. The most straight forward method of doing this is finding blogs (preferably in your niche, but not necessarily) with allowed commenting and a post that has matured in PR. Drop your link... really is as simple as that. If it's a noFollow link, it will not work, only follow will pass PR, though noFollow will help you rank.

Yes I have done this many times, yes it works..... it's one of the oldest tricks in the book.

How much PR is actually transferred is based on a long convoluted formula which I really don't have patience for. Basically the less other outbound links (obl) on that page, the more PR will pass via the follow link to your property.

What's on your page and how much PR it gets are completely separate things. It could be a picture of Snow White, and be a PR 7 if it has the necessary PR juice flowing at it.

    Regards.

Yes, but don't add thousands of links immediately. Add them evenly over a long period of time.
