Here I want to show one site backlink which is top ten on google for keyword "work at home'. I am not en expert, was never a pert to begin with but a quick look shows :- the first site has work at home in the domain. (domain created on 20-Jun-2002) has a static home page optimised for those words. the second site does not have those keywords in domain. dynamic content on the home page that changes every time a new post is made, making it hard to optimise the homepage.

I can understand it, ok so some advantage of that sites are domain age, keyword in domain and static hompage. Now my question is the site have only a few backlink and as far as I know those links are not so valuable, because the site get many link from classified ad posting. Next there are many sites that keyword on domain and lots of backlink, but they can not beat this site. As you said here that my blog have dynamic content due to the new post added on the homepage. Ok, if I only optimize my single page with good on page optimized then it will work?
Well, just about every link you have is not related to working at home. It has to be more targeted. Second, your backlinks each have little to no power. To build more powerful links, I recommend building linkwheels. (check my sig.) Third, you have a .blogspot, which is almost always bad for your rankings in search engines because it shows that you cannot even spend $10-$15 for a domain. You need to do more than that. Maybe you should look up "onpage seo" on Google. That will help.
Yes I agree with your first point that my each blog post not related to work at home, but I am now optimizing my two blog post for work at home that I have fully on page optimized, so will it benefit for me? Well how you say that my backlink have no powerful, Most of backlink I have got my commenting on high PR dofollow blogs. Well I can not optimized by using link wheel as I is very hard work, as all of the spoke I should have to optimized. And the third point I completely disagree with it, because moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com is no. 1 rank for one most competitive keyword that is "make money online".
