Buying need another site builder

    Well, I hired someone for the 5th time and again I can not get ahold of them. I need a site built similiar to this one http://paydaycashreview.com/
    I will provide the content for the review, but I need everything else built. I was quoted $40 to build the site so If anyone can beat it please pm me. Need it built fast. thanks.

    Well, that could be your problem right there. You are trying to get a website built for $40. If you're after a custom theme and full setup, the only time that really works, is when it's an accomplished member/developer that's looking to offer a sale for one reason or another. If you're just after a cookie cutter site with the same theme, or any theme that fits, then that's not so bad. I would do it for $40 if that's the case, but it looks like sweetcrabhoney18 has the best offer here, and by the looks of things he/she is willing to do it so cheap because he's specifically setup for pumping out these types of sites.

    For the 5th time, I suspect it is not the designer that is being sought. It is the link juice from this forum . Smart dude?

    If he wanted link juice from the forum, don't you think he'd put a link in his signature? Seriously too, it would take less time to go do some blog commenting then deal with the PM's and thread replies... Perhaps the url should be posted differently, but that's real easy to forget, especially when full urls are automatically parsed and made into links. Then 4 of those in the first thread you referenced are from other users... Quite the conspiracy for a few NOFOLLOW links that barely do anything for you.... aside from some clicks from people who aren't interested in the site anyways...
