Need Animated GIF from existing Logo

    BA.jpg I have a high resolution logo in PhotoShop PSD format that I would like to make into an animated gif. I would like it to look like a police lights
    I would like to get a few paterns of the lights blinking


    examples
    strobe light effect
    wiggle waggle= side to side blinking 2 blinks each side
    up blink = all same color blink from bottom to top 1 at a time 2 blinks
    down blink = same as above but the other way
    circle blink = goes around logo 2 blinks
