Buying Need Android and iOS app developed

    Greeting guys,
    I have an idea in my mind and want an application to be developed. The app will be like a navigator of an important place, say a large building. Like a person is navigating through a large place or museum and the app will help him find his desired place.

    I want to know how much does it costs and what are the prerequisites?
