Need an URGENT help regarding verification. HELP ME

Hi...
My old Paypal account got limited and i dont want to upload all the documents and wait for 1 month or so. Its really boring.

So,i want to open a new paypal account now. I have a Centurian Bank Credit card and im thinking of using that for my new account. But i dont have anyother bank account left. I have used all of my 2 accounts earlier.

Well,if i open a new account now and get verified with this Centurion bank credit card,then can i be able to add any one of the bank account,which i already used for 2 paypal accounts from before.
Can i use it???

if NO,then can i withdraw funds to my credit card??

If i can withdraw to my credit card,then what will be the fees and tax and all??

And what will be the procedure to get the money from Centurion bank??
How can i take the money out from my credit card??
I dont have a bank account in Centurion bank,but only one Credit card.

So plz guide me up.

No,u cant use same bank account for any other paypal account.
