I just had my designer created a design for my website http://www.thedevnetwork.com. Here is the design. I need someone however to code it to make it work. I am not sure what kind of coding it needs most likely PHP/XHTML/CSS and maybe Javascript I'm not entirely sure, obviously it needs to be validated w3c and should be cross browser compatible and the design should be fit to screen. Here are my specifications: I want something like this website www.dreamincode.net. It should have right and left sidebars on every page. It should have the center content as shown in design. I need the header to stay on every page of the website. I need the forums to have the header and only right sidebar. Where it says "Recent Forum Posts" and "Unanswered Programming Topics" on www.dreamincode.net I need that as well which takes content from the forum, I am not sure what this requires though but it needs vBulletin coding I assume. I also need some drop down bars on the navigation at the top. If I need anything else I will ask. Basically what the site I showed has but implemented with my design. Please PM me or Post your comments here including your experience portfolio and price offer.

Okay so far I hired 3 coders and they weren't successful, two of them ave too many high prices, and 2 others never responded. I need a coder and I can't find one... If you are available please contact me via PM you must have a working MSN, SKYPE, or AIM. Also I am looking to spend 100-150$ max.
Not to come off sounding like a jerk but there's no way you're going to find a quality experienced coder to build a complex site for $150. Some of the things we'd have to do (not in order): convert graphics to CSS/XHTML Design the database At a minimum: write Create, Read, Update, Delete functions for each table Test it Provide support Make sure there's no security problems (input validation etc) Make the code easy to maintain in the future If you were a super programmer and assumed 1 hour for each line that works out to 7 hours. A more realistic *minimum* time would be 2 days. Assuming 2 days is 16 hours, that works out to slightly more than $9/hr. I can make $9/hr pushing a broom somewhere and have a lot less stress.
I'm still looking for a coder, for some reason I can't find anyone, or they just hangup on me. As for now, I have the .HTML template done and the .CSS done, so now I just need some modifications made.
