Need an updating hit counter (ajax/javascript - not sure?)

    I want a hit counter that updates on it's own without refreshing the page. I do need one thing done though as well. If there are 3000 hits, I need the hit counter the display it as the following - $3.000, basically having 3 decimal places, so if it was 456834 hits, it would appear as $456.834 - is this possible? Shouldn't be too hard to code.

    I've got someone working on this for me, if I do need anyone else after for anything I will say.

    UPDATE: Got the script now need it implemented into the main_1.htm page - all the files here >> mepipe.com/hitcounter.rar - make it work for me and I'll pay you $8 for the first 1 (should only be copy and pasting). Thanks
