Your on-page SEO is already pretty reasonable, and you have a decent PR, I think its would be time to focus on some more link building if you're chasing competitive keywords

 

Looks good part from one of the keyphrase "Free Football". Also, i didn't check the visitors per keyphrase targeted. But you must have done your homework on the keywords analysis part.

The content needs a bit of refinement in terms of the categories

A web 2.o button would have worked wonders for you. You have Google Analytics installed on yoru website which will help you get a lot of data in terms of user interaction and conversion.
