    Right! The site needs a total makeover. Ads are scattered everywhere...Important things are put at the last when they're supposed to be at the forefront because they can even give you money in the future.

    Right Kevdaguru! The design is quite OK but the contents really has to be improved. And since you have many ads in there right after everything is put into order, your hired SEO can then advertise and manage it for you off-site and on-site.

    Only do sth with the ads... otherwise, the site is ok to me - basic SEO done, good unique content. Dont waste much money on some "expert". Write more unique content to get better PR. Get few backlinks with PR5-7.
