Buying Need an SEO company to help us get higher in rankings

We're looking for an SEO company that is ready for a challenge. We have a 12 year old domain/site/service, with thousands of backlinks, etc.. We've never done anything to improve rankings (or buy links) and are naturally top 3 for "free web hosting" on yahoo and bing. We're looking for an SEO company to help us achieve similar success on google (ranking in the top 20 will be counted as *success*). We've dealt with a company last week that we paid and got no results from, so looking to pay only upon successful results (willing to sign a contract if necessary).

you have to know that no SEO in the world can improve your rankings for a web hosting keyword in just 1 week ... it takes weeks and months of work to improve rankings. i hope that you will find someone willing to work for a few months for free and also pay for articles, content, links from his poket, i am not sure you can find such a person, but you have to known, if someone is really a good SEO, he must be extremely busy with his network of e-commerce websites or working on some very lucrative SEO compaigns of his clients already.. some maybe you should consider splitting the risk by working with someone with an upfront payment and the rest should be paid after he achieve the results. (and even then you will need to pay him monthly to keep the links coming, otherwise the rankings will drop, no site can stay in a position forever).

 

Well, I am willing to pay for some of it, but would prefer in increments based on results. The last company I paid and after 2 weeks the rankings dropped 4 spots.

Well said funkymario, I was about to laugh out loud when I read that post and the requirements. I am top 50 on Yahoo for web hosting and know what you think and the work it cost me to get there.

 

You are worried about 4 spot down..huh.... man some time we down more then 5 rank. its not mean its fault of SEO company. its mean our compititors doing fast SEO then us..no one are sleeping when they compit on 'free web hosting'.. and if you want to anylyze 2 week result to choose relaible SEO company then sorry you cant find any one relaible.. SEO companies only take projects min 3 months. i am doing seo and i only accept for more then 3 months contract.. dont confused then why i m offering cheap services here . its just bcoz i want some itrader bcoz i know we have itraders here to offer big services

SEO takes more than a week to see results on Google especially for as competitive a keyword term as the one you are targeting.

Also in the advertising world paying for results is a fantasy.

I don't need a contract but would want to see funds in placed in escrow and a document supplied noting once results are achieved the funds will be released.

 

I think it would help you to learn a bit more about SEO before hiring someone to do it for you. This will help you know what you want, and stop you from having unreasonable expectations.
